Hervé holds a degree in Economics from the University of Geneva with a major in law.
Starts his career in New York in 1987 where he joins BNP USA as a Credit Analyst. Joins Credit Lyonnais in Tokyo the following year, also as a Credit Analyst.
He gets recruited in 1989 by Banque Paribas (Suisse) in Geneva as a Credit Manager where he eventually gets to head the credit team.
After 3 year with the Commodity & Trade Finance department, he then joins the Private banking department where he becomes Director in charge of managing and developing private clients essentially based in Europe.
In 2000, he also becomes permanent member of the compliance committee in charge of validating new clients.
In 2003 he co-founds HBS.
He sits on several boards of directors in Switzerland and abroad.
Philippe holds a degree in Economics from the University of Geneva with a major in law.
Starting 1986 he worked for 10 years at BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA as Senior Banker in the International Credit department and joined the Executive Committee.
In 1996 he moved to the Private Bank team and ran the Swiss, UK, Scandinavian and Eastern European markets for BNP Paribas Private Bank globally.
In 2003, building on his broad banking experience and extensive knowledge of these markets he co-founded HBS SA.
He is a director of a number of companies and acts as strategic advisor to several families.
Daniel holds a Federal Diploma in Banking Economics. He started his professional career with UBS where he worked 10 years in the Wealth Management department.
From 1994 through 2004 he was employed by Berger van Berchem, a Geneva investment management company as an Asset Manager.
He joined Pictet in 2004 as Deputy to the Head of the Independent Asset Managers Team.
He moved to HBS in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has been instrumental in building a sound operating structure.
Victor holds a degree in Economics, a post-graduate diploma in Economics and Finance as well as an AZEK diploma of Expert in Finance and Investments.
He worked as a Financial Analyst at two Geneva banks before joining Pictet & Cie Bank in 2001 as a financial analyst. In 2008 he joined the Wealth Management departement.
He joined team HBS in December 2017 as a Partner to strengthen and develop our Investment management activity.
Alain holds a Federal Diploma in Banking Economy. He also followed numerous training courses both at INSEAD and at IMD in Lausanne.
He started his professional career with Pictet & Cie Bank in 1988 as a Trader and joined the Private Banking unit in 1998. In addition to his duties as head of a large team, he sat on the Credit Committee and was Vice-President of the Due Diligence Committee of Pictet Wealth Management.
He joined HBS SA in April 2020 as a Partner, with the goal of contributing to the development of HBS’s client activity
Sébastien holds a degree in geography from Geneva University as well as an AZEK federal diploma of Expert in Finance and Investments.
He has also followed an advanced studies in quantitative portfolio and risk management from the University of Geneva and several workshops in strategic planning from INSEAD.
For more than 20 years, Sébastien has been a Portfolio Manager and a Senior Banker within Pictet & Cie SA, where he was in charge of UHNW individuals and families.
Sébastien joined HBS in April 2020 as a Managing Partner and is actively developing HBS’s client business.
Partner, London Office
Holds a degree in English and Classics from the University of Newcastle. Will is level 6 qualified to advise clients in the United Kingdom, holding PCIAM and IAD qualifications.
Previously, Will spent six years at JPMorgan Private Bank and two years at Credit Suisse, advising individuals and families on creating long term investment portfolios.
From 2008 – 2013, Will served as a British Army officer with the Light Dragoons, serving in UK, Canada, Kenya and Afghanistan.

Arnaud holds a Swiss Federal Maturity Dipoma and a Bachelor Degree in Business and Finance with Honours from Oxford Brookes University.
Has 18 years of experience in private banking, of which he spent 14 years as Senior Private Banker first at UBS and then at Barclays covering the MENA region.
Living in the United Arab Emirates for 10 years, he has joined HBS in February 2021 as a Partner and as the Head of the Dubai Office.
Olivier began his professional career with UBS Geneva in 1990, in charge of clients residing in the UK. He joined the Private Banking Department of Lombard Odier Geneva in 2008 where he became Executive Vice President. In 2016, he decided to join an independant asset management, Alphaswiss Partners SA, where he also sat on the Board of Directors.

Partner, Head of London Office
Holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Hong Kong, is a Chartered Financial Planner in the UK and a Certified Private Wealth Professional in Hong Kong
Richard spent 15 years at HSBC across Retail, Commercial and Private Banking roles in the UK, Channel Islands and Hong Kong.
From 2014 – 2020 he was a Relationship Manager at HSBC Private Banking, working with individuals and families in managing their wealth
Joined HBS in 2020 as head of the HBS London office.
Graduated from the High school of Business Management of Geneva, he also holds an Executive MBA in International Management from HEC Geneva. He also obtained the Swiss Certification CWMA.
Christopher started his career in 2001 at Credit Lyonnais (Switzerland), as a Junior Trader. In 2006, he moved to the Private Banking department as a Relationship Manager in charge of clients living in Europe, Turkey and Africa.
In 2012, he joined the Lombard Odier Group as a Banker in charge of clients based in Africa.
Christopher joined HBS in June 2021 as a Partner.
Fernando graduated from the Geneva “Ecole superieure de Commerce” and obtained a “Wealth Management” diploma.
He worked in the Finance department of the Canton of Geneva.
In 2000 he joined Citco Funds in Geneva providing administrative services for investment funds.
In 2004 he started at HSBC in Geneva as a Fund Trader and became responsible for the Fund Trading team. In 2010 he accepted a position as a Relationship Manager on the Brazilian team.
Since 2014 he has been a client Relationship Manager at HBS.

Justyna graduated with a degree in Romance Philology at the University of Nicolas Copernicus in Torun in Poland in 2007.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Grenoble Alpes in 2016.
She obtained a Master Degree in Law, Crime and Information Technology Security at the University of Lausanne in 2020.
She worked as an Executive Assistant and joined HBS in 2016 as an Office Manager.
Julia began her career as an apprentice at Pictet & Cie Bank in 2010.
She joined the Private Banking departement as an Executive Assistant in 2013.
She moved to HBS in September 2019 as an Executive Management Assistant.
Annik holds a degree in Business and Economics from Geneva University.
She started her career with Merrill Lynch Bank in the Capital Markets department.
She joined Société Générale Private Banking in 1987 and worked in the capital market, bonds, advisory and Private Banking.
From 2006 she became Director in charge of portfolio of UHNW Private Banking Clients, and sat on the Pension Funds board of the bank.
She joined HBS in 2015 as a Senior Relationship Manager, and has been steadily servicing a group of private clients.

Olivier Filgueira, CIIA

David worked for 14 years at a renown Swiss Private Bank, in its Lausanne, Geneva and Gibraltar offices, servicing European and Middle-Eastern clientele. He then joined an asset manager in Lausanne as Senior Portfolio Manager, managing Swiss Pension Funds. In 2015, he moved back to Gibraltar to co-found a multifamily office. In 2019, he came back to Geneva and joined a multifamily office, strengthening the equity and alternative strategies offering.
David joined hbs in 2021 as a Senior Portfolio Manager & Financial Analyst.
Olivier started his career at Pictet & Cie Bank as an apprentice in 2006.
He joined the Private Banking department as an assistant in 2010.
He was appointed a Junior Private Banker in September 2013 and then a Private Banker in March 2016.
He joined HBS in November 2018 as a Relationship Manager.
Andrea holds an MBA and a PhD in Finance from the University of St-Gallen.
He worked in several Swiss financial institutions in the fields of portfolio and fund management for private and institutional clients.
He specialized in tactical asset allocation, trend following techniques and drawdown protection strategies.
He joined HBS in January 2020 as Chief Investment Officer with a view to heading up and significantly strengthening and sharping our investment business.
Portfolio Manager & Senior Financial Analyst
Initially active in the hotel industry, Agnieszka worked in various hotels in France and in the UK between 2006 and 2019.
Then, she spent two years at Gate Gourmet at the Swiss Lounge.
She joined HBS in September 2020 as a receptionist.
Laurence started her career in the Travel department of BNP Paribas in Geneva.
From 2002 to 2019, she worked as the Administrative Assistant of an Independent Asset Manager.
In January 2020, she joined HBS as an Executive Assistant, supporting Relationship Managers
Pierre holds a Master in Management from ESCP in France (Paris, Oxford, Berlin), «Diplom Kaufmann » in Germany. He is a CFA charterholder.
He started his career as a Portfolio Manager at Crédit Suisse in Luxembourg in 1999.
In 2001, he joined DWS Investments in Frankfurt (Germany), as a Fund Manager and Head of the Commodities team.
Between 2011 and 2019, he managed assets for and advised several companies in Geneva. He then asssumed the role of CIO for an independent Asset Manager.
He joined HBS in December 2019 as Portfolio Manager and Senior Financial Analyst.
Jérémy trained as an apprentice and graduated in 2003.
After working at Pictet & Cie Bank and Deutsche Bank, he then worked for 13 years as a Client Relationship Manager at GS bank in Geneva.
He joined HBS in June 2018 as Relationship Manager and works closely with the Partners on several relationships.
Pascal earned a diploma as “CFC Employe de Commerce” in Geneva in 1999.
Starting in 1999, he worked at the Vaudoise insurance company as an Insurance Manager.
He joined SCS Alliance bank as an Internal Accountant in 2001.
As of 2004 he worked as an Accountant with Investec Trust (Switzerland Ltd.) in Geneva and joined Kennay Sevices Ltd in Geneva in 2006 to head their accounting team.
He joined HBS in 2010 and since 2014 has been in charge of accounting.
Following 3 years as an apprentice at Lombard Odier in Geneva, Mathias started a 3 years programme for a Banking Economist diploma.
After 9 months of activity at LODH, he joined HBS in April 2017 as a Relationship Manager, and actively supports the Partners on several client relationships
Compliance & Risk Officer
Holds a Bachelor in « Économie d’entreprise » with banking and finance specialization from the “Haute Ecole de Gestion” in Geneva.
Sebastien started his career as an assistant for an External Asset Manager based in Geneva, and then worked for 10 years as a Client Relationship Manager for the EAM Desk at Credit Suisse and Heritage Bank.
He joined HBS in June 2021 as a Relationship Manager.
Ken holds a post-graduate degree in economics and finance from the University of Geneva, as well as the CAS Compliance in Financial Services from the « Centre de droit bancaire et financier » of the University of Geneva.
He started his career in 2004 at Credit Suisse in Geneva and became relationship manager in the private banking division. In 2014, he co-founded the wealth manager AlphaSwiss Partners as COO, where he was responsible for compliance and risk management until 2021.
Ken joined HBS in September 2021 as risk and compliance officer.
Legal and Compliance Advisor & Director
Sylvain qualified as a Lawyer and worked as Head of the Legal and Compliance department at Pictet from 1994 to 2007, at Lombard Odier from 2007 to 2013, and then at Banque Syz from 2017 to 2020.
He joined HBS in 2020 as a Legal and Compliance Advisior and also as a Board Member.
Bertrand holds an MBA from Hartford University Connecticut.
From 1986 to 1989 he worked as an Auditor at Ernst & Young.
From 1989 and for almost 30 years, he was responsible for all the non financial investments and activities of the Edmond de Rothschild Group (wines, agriculture, real estate, hotels), and from 1998, acted as CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Holding.
He joined HBS in april 2016 as a Senior Advisor with the view to actively supporting HBS in its growth and development of its Swiss and international client business.
